"Special Wishes" Linen Leather Interior

With the success of the Porsche 935 racecar in the late 1970s, tuners in Europe like RUF and Kremer began to emulate their aerodynamic front end by shaving off the bug-eye headlights in favor of the flip-up units just like the 935. IN 1981, Porsche began offering the same treatment in-house under the "special wishes" program. In total, just 948 cars were built with the M505 "Flachbau" or Slantnose package between 1981 and 1989.

Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas is proud to offer this 1987 Porsche 930 Slantnose. The exterior is finished in classic Guards Red. The factory 16" Fuchs wheels with polished outer barrels are wrapped in new Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires. The 3.3L turbo engine and 4-speed manual transmission with optioned LSD are original to the vehicle. A documented major service was performed at 52k miles. The vehicle received PPF on the front clip and Llumar Air 80 UV protection tint on all windows in 2023.

Originally ordered through the Porsche Exclusive Program (Special wishes), the interior is finished in Linen/Black partial leather. The unique factory-tailored interior includes the steering wheel, air vents, under-dash storage trays, a specially fit center console with an analog clock, a temperature gauge, HVAC controls, a stereo equalizer, and a Blaupunkt cassette/radio. The seats are fitted with black deviated piping and left-seat lumbar support. The VDO instrumentation includes the highly sought-after 935-style LED boost gauge, and the odometer reads just 53,063 miles. The front trunk shows well with the original black velour carpet and factory tool kit. A Porsche Certificate of Authenticity is included.
