Heritage Edition

The 2018 Ford GT Heritage Edition celebrates Ford's legendary 1967 Le Mans victory, when Dan Gurney and A.J. Foyt piloted the GT40 Mark IV to an overall win—the only such triumph by an all-American team with American drivers in the history of the race.

This special edition pays homage to that achievement with a distinctive appearance package and performance-focused design:

A bold “1” racing number on the doors and hood, echoing the iconic racecar livery.

Exposed carbon-fiber trim on both the exterior and interior.

Silver 20-inch forged aluminum wheels with red brake calipers.

Carbon-fiber seat shells trimmed in leather with red accent stitching.

Unique interior colors and materials, including red seat belt webbing and anodized gray paddle shifters.

Red stitching that carries over from the seats to the steering wheel.

Stain dark stainless appliqués applied to the instrument panel, door register bezels, and x-brace, adding a subtle, high-end finish.

Under the rear clamshell, the GT is powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, producing 647 horsepower and 550 pound-feet of torque, mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that drives the rear wheels.

Performance is nothing short of breathtaking:

0 to 60 mph in just 2.9 seconds

Quarter mile in 10.6 seconds

Top speed of 216 mph
